Description:

This position will provide clerical assistance to the Finance and HR departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Compiles reports from various sources relating to Sales, Budgets, Payroll, as requested.

• Performs Data entry and information updates on varied software applications.

• Checks sales/payroll information for accuracy.

• Assists with various special projects.

• Schedules meetings.

• Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.

• Files papers and documents into appropriate files.

• Responds to requests for information from 3rd parties per policies and procedures.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Some College Coursework in a related field: Finance, HR, Business, etc.

1 year related experience.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Ppt, and Outlook.

Attention to Detail

Able to handle confidential information.

Sound Judgement and discretion.
