General Responsibilities: Responsible for performing duties to support the credit analysis function.

Duties: |
Duties include: Spreads financial statements for commercial loan accounts; Maintains database for commercial loan accounts; Assists in the research and assembles information and documentation for loan review; Maintains a record of commercial loan collateral securities, develops and maintains a collateral register system for these loans; Prepares write-ups with analyst’s comments on commercial loan credits which are presented to the loan committee; Maintains a system for timely receipt of all required annual financial statements; Maintains existing credit files for commercial loan borrowers; Assists lenders and Senior Loan Officer in the loan analysis, documentation and loan structuring, and in gathering credit history on new and existing borrowers.

Qualifications: |
Required Education, Training, Experience: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study preferred or specialized financial analysis training. Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; a thorough knowledge of current lending and loan review regulations and banking regulations, procedures, and operations; proficient ability to analyze and interpret financial statements; visual and auditory skills A minimum of one (1) year experience in related banking position. The Credit Analyst II requires three years experience in related banking position and technical supervisory skills sufficient to provide training to Credit Analyst I.
