Description: |
The Registered Nurse performs the primary functions of the professional nurse by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, participate, implement and evaluate the nursing care for a designated group of patients. The Registered Nurse is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice of Roxborough Memorial Hospital and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Registered Nurse serves as a member of the disciplinary team. The Registered Nurse should promote teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments and outside agencies.
The Registered Nurse should have experience in the following areas:
Cardiac monitoring interpretation.
Ventilator management.
Arterial and venous sampling.
Hemodynamic monitoring.

Qualifications: |
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Dysrhythmia Course required.
Critical Care experience required.
Current BCLS and ACLS certification required.
