Description: | Arc Maintenance, Inc is a cleaning contractor in the Lehigh Valley for over 25 years.
We cover Eastern Pa, New Jersey, and Maryland areas.
Due to the continued growth of the Company, we are seeking:
3RD SHIFT CREW LEADERS
You're off almost every Friday and Saturday night.
Work approximately 45 - 50 hours per week.
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!
| Duties: | Commute up to 30 minutes.
You will be responsible to get to our main office in Bath, then travel throughout Eastern PA, NJ and sometimes MD.
Train new employees
Enforce company policies & procedures
Cover any employee who does not show up for work
Check and maintain equipment
Make sure crew has supplies needed
Write equipment & vehicles up that need repairs, etc. | Qualifications: |
**BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH or WILLING TO LEARN SPANISH A+**
* We will check Driver's/Criminal Record
* Must have valid Driver's License
* Reliable Transportation
* Must be able to work 3rd shift (Night Shift)
* Must Show Leadership Attitude or Experience
* Must have a cellular phone
