| Responsible for performing a variety of duties in credit management and sales to meet the Commercial Banking needs of the customers with an emphasis on business loans pertaining to commercial and industrial, real estate, small business, and private client services |
Duties: |
| Solicits new business from present and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage of cross-selling opportunities which include loan production, deposits, business solutions products and services and personal banking accounts; Keeps up to date with non-bank products to ascertain cross-selling/referral opportunities and assist customers in obtaining specialized services from other VIST Financial Corp. divisions; Provides sales information on a timely basis; Monitors individual sales performance versus objectives on a regular basis and discusses performance with appropriate supervisor; Serves as a member of the bank's sales team and makes group sales calls with Financial Center Managers to improve opportunities for new business development; Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services in order to ascertain customer needs; Provides direct service to commercial customers of the bank with respect to deposit, loan, and other miscellaneous products and services; Assists customers in obtaining specialized services from other bank departments as necessary, provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems; Maintains a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services; Prepares and maintains accurate records of all customer service calls made and meetings held with present and prospective customers. |
Qualifications: |
| A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required. Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services; technical skills sufficient to provide guidance and training to Commercial Banking Officer I(s) valid driver's license; visual and auditory skill. A minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions normally required, such as Commercial Banking Officer I. |
