Description: |
| Responsible for executing all overnight orders for Room Service. Preparing OV Staff meals, completion of prep list and mise en place for the am breakfast line. Preparing all stocks & reporting any equipment or safety hazards to Chef de Cuisine. |
Duties: |
*Verifies that all portion sizes, quality standards, dept rules/policies/procedures are maintained by kitchen associates.
*Improve and maintain all sanitation and organizational aspects in the kitchen.
*Always maintain a positive attitude toward fellow associates, management, and ownership
*Assist in management of production of fellow staff members.
*Take accountability for all guest complaints and make sure problem is rectified.
*Reporting problems to Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef
*Assist in menu development and food/menu cost analysis.
*Responsible for helping other kitchen associates in completing all projects issued by the Chef de Cuisine and the Executive Chef.

Qualifications: |
| Complete knowledge of menu and food being served. Constantly strive to become better and more knowledgeable, bringing the level of service up on a daily basis. Be able to work as many as 65 hours per week when needed. Must be able to speak English. |
