Description: |
Full-time position available with growing technology and government contracting firm. This person is responsible for all aspects of corrosion control engineering from design to system installation and maintenance.

Duties: |
Consistently deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services on time and within budget.
Respond quickly and professionally to clients needs.
Continually advance technical knowledge by participating in industry seminars, and continuing education courses.
Actively participate in developing standards for transit and corrosion control.

Qualifications: |
Hands-on experience with MS Office software, e-mail, and data acquisition software packages.
Knowledge of computer programming.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation drafting programs.
Experience with organizing and storing information into a large database program is highly desirable.
Familiarity with chemical analytical testing procedures is a plus.
Must be willing to follow chemical/metallurgical laboratory procedures and safety protocol.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel and/or relocate.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment.
Adaptable to new situations, equipment, and work environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. may be required on occasion.
Enthusiasm and curiosity for science in general is a must.
