Description: | | Seeking a Geotechnical Engineer/Project Manager to work on diverse geotechnical foundation solutions. Will work on projects involving marine and land based environments involving piling, anchors, cofferdams, walls, soil nailing, caissons, micropiles, etc!
Will prepare technical reports including design recommendations, assessments and project solutions. Will perform geotechnical and structural engineering analyses to include evaluation of varied foundation applications as well as being involved in the design of such foundation projects. Specifically may design and analyze deep foundations, soil nail walls, augercast piles, micropile foundations, other shallow foundation projects, etc. for both public and private structures.
Will develop and inspect drilling and lab testing programs as well as prepare drilling safety programs. Position will also involve Project Management duties overseeing field activity for project/projects thus field project experience is a must.
Exposure to PENNDOT or other DOT work is needed and exposure to USACE projects is a strong plus. Will have also worked projects in the industrial and heavy commercial realm.
USACE CQM is a big plus! Should have expossure to drilling and grouting of rock anchors or similar drilling projects.
PE licensure is required! |
