Description: | Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children’s Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We currently have an opportunity for a Pennsylvania licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed Ph.D. Psychologist to join our staff at our central office in Ridgway, PA 15853.
This position involves responsibility as an outpatient therapist. The successful candidate will have proven diagnostic and treatment intervention skills and will be responsible for a very diversified clinical population. Clinical services will include individual, marital, family, couples, and group therapy. Working in collaboration with other stakeholders and support systems critical in managing positive clinical outcomes for all consumers is central to our organization’s service delivery system. The LCSW or LPC position further requires the capacity to establish and maintain therapeutic alliances with parents, families, school systems, the court, and the larger social services system.
Dickinson is an approved provider in a "health professional shortage area" for the NHSC Student Loan Repayment program. Qualified candidates can work for Dickinson while the government provides funds to repay student loans.
