Roxborough Memorial Hospital currently has a great opportunity available for a Nursing Supervisor. The Nursing Supervisor manages patient placement and the allocation and relocation of RN’s and nurses aids based on census and acuity for all bedded units. The Nursing Supervisor manages internal emergencies and interprets the policies of Roxborough Memorial Hospital to facilitate patient care. The Nursing Supervisor has a knowledge of the benchmarked hours of each bedded unit and staffs accordingly.
Shifts are weekends, 7P-7A; 12 hours biweekly. |
Qualifications: |
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
3 to 5 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. |
