SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for conducting investment research; providing asset research and portfolio management services to customers of Investment and Trust Service Department; administering investment policies, plans and securities trading activities consistent with bank policy and procedure, and related regulations; participating with Senior Investment Portfolio Manager in achieving goals for the unit; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must possess strong oral communication skills (including excellent telephone etiquette); strong interpersonal skills (with sales/service orientation); strong math skills with high degree of accuracy; and, strong analytical skills. Must demonstrate a comfort level in talking to and calling on current and prospective customers in order to meet established sales and service goals. Must have the ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with fellow employees and customers. Must be able to work at pace that ensures that established deadlines are met. Must demonstrate proficiency in operating office equipment including personal computer, calculator and fax machine.

Qualifications: |
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
B.S. or B.A. degree in a financial discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The individual should be in the process of or willing to work towards obtaining their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two (2) years experience in the securities/investments marketplace or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
