| Controls and operates the central communication system; monitor the security and fire alarm systems; maintain key and Timelox card access; dispatch security responses to calls for assistance or emergency situations; dispatch Engineering personnel to maintenance calls; monitor air traffic; operate computer system; cut keys; handle lost and found items; monitor drop safe procedures of Resort associates; cut and issue associate name tags; inspect departing personnel to deter theft; may be required to perform other various tasks relevant to guest and hotel needs. |
Duties: |
Overall key and Timelox card control.
Monitoring of security and fire alarm systems.
Answering phone calls and dispatching Security officers/Engineering personnel.
Follow established procedures for handling emergencies.
Monitor air traffic on Unicom Radio.
Package and ship lost and found articles.
Inspect outgoing packages to deter theft.
Cut and issue nametags
Monitor drop safe procedures

Qualifications: |
| High School graduate; team player; willing and able to work various shifts; good written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a stressful environment. Must be able to speak English. |
