Description: | Persons needed to collect on delinquent loans by phone and correspondence. Rotating schedule includes Mandatory: Monday 5-9pm, Friday 5-9pm and Sat 9-5. - Week 1: (5pm - 9pm) Mon - Fri
- Weeks 2 - 4 (5pm - 9pm) 4 days per week plus Sat 9am - 5 pm
Total of 24 hours a week. $15.79 per hour to start. | Duties: | | Seeking individuals with a background in collections including a minimum of one year experience collecting credit cards, autos and unsecure loans. | Qualifications: | | The ideal candidate must possess: - A good attitude,
- Strong communications (both oral and written) and listening skills and be able to resolve delinquent member accounts by phone, predictive dialing and correspondence.
- Windows based skills including Word and Excel desired.
