AMHFCU, a $1+ billion credit union, has an immediate opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual to perform a wide range of support activities on behalf of the President/CEO.

Duties: |
-Perform diverse and advanced secretarial duties (answering of phones, word processing, data processing, transcription, editing, proof-reading, filing, etc.)
-Provide administrative support (preparations for meetings, preparing letters, memos, and reports, etc.) for the President/CEO and Board of Directors.
-Perform scheduling tasks, including arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc.
-Prepare all travel arrangements for President/CEO, Board of Directors and senior management team for Annual Meeting and Annual Strategic Planning Session as required for AMHFCU and its subsidiaries.
-Review and answer mail and phone inquiries on own initiative to determine within established guidelines if executive action is required. Refer routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follow up to ensure proper disposition.

Qualifications: |
-Must have at least five years prior working experience with high level executives, such as a CEO, COO, CFO, etc. preferably in a financial institution.
-Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are critical.
-Successful time management and organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail, research, reasoning, and analytical skills.
-The ability to organize and coordinate a large number of concurrent tasks and projects.
-Must be able to demonstrate patience, diplomacy, and professionalism and maintain confidentiality regarding issues of a sensitive nature.
-Must have an advanced knowledge of reading and understanding financial statements.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Internet browser software programs.
-Occasional travel will also be required.
