Description: |
| The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of dining room service to include service training at all levels. When applicable, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will also oversee all aspects of Guest Room Dining service. He or she will work closely with the Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure consistency in all aspects of the operation. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will act as the Restaurant Manager in his or her absence. |
Duties: |
•Conduct all dining room staff training to include creating or updating training manuals and new hire training programs.
•Creating accurate weekly schedules for supervised staff.
•Establish pars and order guides on all items that are necessary for service.
•Conduct pre-shifts for service team prior to each meal period scheduled.
•Assisting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of day to day operations in a professional, efficient manner.
•Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times during meal periods. |
Qualifications: |
•Must be able to speak English.
•Associates degree and 1 year of management experience or equivalent experience in upscale environment.
•Possess an outgoing personality.
•Be efficient in multi tasking.
•Superior communication skills.
