Description: |
The selected candidates will be responsible for contract management, change orders, preparation of subcontracts, project scheduling, quantities, invoicing, resource allocation/coordination, estimating, and material pricing & project buyout. Private and public work experience is a plus. A background in heavy civil/industrial construction is a must.
Experience with roads, bridges, infrastructure, transportation etc is given top preference! Industrial background will also be considered! Those with a major emphasis on commercial projects will not be considered! |
Duties: |
Heavy/Civil Construction – All types of general contracting work including concrete, bridges/structures, shoring, excavation, drainage & utilities. DOT experience a plus.
HCSS/Primavera a plus! |
Qualifications: |
BSCE with relevant PM experience or a Project Engineering experience ready to take the next step!
Local Candidates Preferred and will be given top priority!
Positions available in Western PA, Ohio and Kentucky!
