Description: |
In this position you will be responsible for the oversight of various valuation functions. This position will develop workflow processes while maintaining compliance with USPAP, FNMA, and other regulatory boards. These processes will include addendums from clients, Audit Functions, side by side reviews, as well as other escalated issues |
Duties: |
- Audit vendors
- Side by side reviews for various clients
- Transactional escalations
- Developing and monitoring trends
- Making sure that client instructions are current and meet the client needs
- Involvement on client calls and visits
- Random Audits for clients
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications: |
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Practical work experience within real estate/title industry.
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications.
- At least 3 years as a state licensed appraiser.
- Attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
