SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for performing a variety of support and technical duties to assist the Technology Services Department, including but not limited to: assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new bank technology in order to increase efficiencies; administering assigned bank databases and applications; maintaining the bank’s internal web site and web-based applications; creating management reports; providing customer service and PC Support to all levels of bank personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records; and supporting network management as appropriate. |
Duties: |
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; strong interpersonal relations and communicative skills (including telephone etiquette); proficient analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated proficiency in interpreting, analyzing and trouble shooting network and PC application problems; knowledge of banking applications and departmental processes relating to technology; valid driver’s license. |
Qualifications: |
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences is preferred and/or related field experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in related positions normally required. |
